6 New Tea Blends at The Tea Republic
Healthy and delicious options for tea lovers
The Tea Republic, one of Malaysia’s pioneering tea brands, is proud to introduce six new teas to its existing range of carefully curated signature tea blends.
“Our signature tea blends consist of high quality loose leaf teas which can be enjoyed by tea connoisseurs and first time tea drinkers alike,” says founder Sumita J.Singam. “The Tea Republic takes pride in the quality of our specialist tea offerings which are healthy and delicious.”
The Tea Republic’s tea range comprises of blends that can be enjoyed without added dairy or sweeteners and this makes it a flavourful healthy choice. The ingredients are mainly imported from Sri Lanka, China, South Africa, Taiwan, South America and Germany, particularly from merchants with certifications including HACCP, Fairtrade and Organic.
This signature range of The Tea Republic’s teas, now in a variety of 15 blends, is packaged as individual infusers in the form of Tea Pyramids, as well as Loose Leaf Canisters. Customers can purchase them online at http://ttr.com.my or at their retail counter in Bangsar Shopping Centre.
This September 2015 also marks the 5th anniversary of The Tea Republic, which currently operates from a newly refurbished set-up that highlights their retail offerings.

The six new tea blends are:
AQUAMARINE APPLE: Crisp organic apples lend a delicate flavour to this smooth infusion of organic Chinese Chun Mee green tea.
BOHEMIAN BATIK: Sencha green tea is combined with boysenberry & mango, creating an aromatic refreshing infusion.
CRANBERRY CRYSTAL: Pomegranate and cranberries combined with Chinese white tea, offer an antioxidant-rich infusion.
GINGERBREAD GEM: Roasted South American mate is blended with gingerbread spices & vanilla. This infusion offers an uplifting aromatic chai.
TIRAMISU TOPAZ: South African rooibos & South American mate provide the base for this delicious infusion with chocolate & tiramisu notes.
VIOLET VALENTINA: The flavour of succulent blueberries makes this robust black tea a delightful one.
