Tisane [pronounced tee-sahn], commonly called herbal tea, is not a true tea. This is because it does not contain tea leaves, but rather a blend of various herbs, flowers or spice steeped in boiling water. Such teas have long been used for their healing and rejuvenating qualities. Theine-free, unless noted otherwise.

Gingerbread gem is an interesting tea to me because it has gingerbread spices and as well as vanilla. The vanilla gives the tea a really nice aroma. It taste great with and without milk.
Not too crazy about ginger in my teas. However, The ginger isn’t too strong otherwise, I wouldn’t have been able to finish the whole cup.
It resembles the smell of freshly baked gingerbread cookies and reminds me of Christmas. I can really taste the spices and it is great to drink not only for Christmas occassion but also for after eating because ginger is good for digestion.
Like a masala chai. I enjoy this with almond mylk. It even tastes great on its own. And the cinnamon lends a slight touch of sweetness.
