Black tea is the most intensively processed type of tea. The leaves are allowed to fully oxidize, creating their black colour before they are dried, giving black tea more complexity, more astringency and fewer vegetal overtones than are typically found in other teas.
Each pyramid contains 1 single serve loose leaf tea infuser. Suitable for a 300ml brew.
This gift box features nine pyramids of:
SAPPHIRE GREY black tea
Traditional Earl Grey black tea is married with cornflowers , delicately enhancing its bergamot notes.
Brewing Guide:
Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes in freshly boiled water.
HOT : Use 1 tea pyramid per 250ml.
ICED : Use 2 tea pyramids per 250ml & pour over ice when cool.
COLD BREW: Use 2 tea pyramids per 250ml & infuse in cold water while refrigerated for 4-8 hours.
Remove the tea infuser(s) after the recommended infusion duration and enjoy your tea.

I have tried many of the best Earl Grey tea available and yours is one of the best if not the best. The trick is not to let it infused too long to prevent the cup of tea to be loaded with caffeine.

I’m a big fan of Earl Grey. Might not have notice it, but the packaging definitely caught my eye as I walked past the store. This is quite possibly the best variation of Earl Grey around! It’s got that refreshing flavor, with a smooth finish. I’d highly recommend it.

Lighter than some blends which make the bergamot come to the fore and delight the tastebuds. My first drink of the day is always a Sapphire Grey!

A friend of mine introduced me to this Sapphire Grey and since then I’ve loved this tea. It’s a unique fresh flavour and I love my teas hot. I like how this tea is packed in a pyramid.
